Sublet was a live/work space adjacent to the Roski School of Fine Arts that was rented for three months and subletted to the "public" after two weeks of renovation.  The street-front door was unlocked at all times.  Sublet was first opened to the public during an openhouse-as-exhibition for the thesis show titled Opening & Closing.  Flyers advertising the space were available at the open-house for visitors should they want to spread the word.
